Pricing and Information
Menopause, Gynaecology, and Contraception ConsultationsThese appointments can all be booked online and are for all menopause, gynaecology and contraception advice and management. In that same appointment, we can also provide breast and vaginal examinations, and at an additional charge, blood tests, swabs and cervical screening test. | |

Individual Blood TestsWe offer a range of hormone and other health check blood test profiles which can be carried out at the clinic at the time of your existing appointment or as a separate appointment. Administrative FeesOngoing private prescriptions | £40 |
| We can provide ongoing repeat prescriptions outside of your consultations. Please email us directly for your ongoing prescriptions. We will try and respond as soon as possible. Please allow 5 working days for your prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. Our admin fee does not include the medication price- this fee is directly payable to the pharmacy when they contact you for delivery. | |

| We understand that you may have questions following your consultations. If you have lots of questions or concerns, our specialist will advise booking a follow-up appointment. As part of your consultation fee, we include one follow up email (within 6 weeks from Introductory appointment, and 4 weeks from follow-up appointments). Every further email advice request, will incur a charge. We will try and respond as soon as possible. Please allow 3 working days for a reply. | |

| As part of your consultation fee, we will provide a letter to you summarising your consultation and treatments. With your permission, a copy will also be sent to your GP. Any requests for further copies of your consultation letters; additional letters to your GP; and referral letters to another service will incur a charge. Please email us for any further requests. We will try and respond as soon as possible. Please allow 3 working days for a reply. | |
Our Terms and Conditions

In summary:
- Payment for appointments must be received in full prior to your appointment.
- Charges for prescriptions, letters and email advice should be paid in full prior to issue. Medication costs are payable directly to the pharmacy.
- Berkshire Menopause Clinic Ltd reserves the right to change advertised prices without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so at any time. Cancellation or rearrangement within five working days of your appointment will incur the full charge. Prior to this, you will be charged an administration fee of 2% (3% for EU or AMEX cards). We reserve the right to change any of our advertised prices without prior notice.
